We are happy to give a ball-park estimation for installation cost at the start of any new customer relationship. One quick conversation is all we need to gather preliminary information, either virtually or in person.
We then follow up with a full site survey, to provide a firm installation price. We carry out all installation works to the highest standard using accredited and insured staff, usually working around your production schedule with no shut-down requirements.
Time from order placement to handover is typically within 16 weeks.
After handover, we offer a perpetual service agreement to all customers, to look after your equipment for the long-term. Paid monthly, this agreement covers all consumables, calibration activities, component planned-preventative-maintenance, replacement with new components at end-of-life, breakdown response, stocking of critical spares, waste disposal and includes all labour costs. We also provide your chosen biocide, delivering into our centralised storage vessel(s).
The only future cost of the system is if you want to expand!
